INTRODUCING: Gluten Free and Vegan Cakes!!!
Need a Little Pick Me Up?
Yep, a cake made to look exactly like a Monster! Love it! The cake is covered in fondant with royal icing piping for the logo and letters. It is exactly to scale with the actual can. I'm a bit meticulous about such things! And what can would be complete without a pop top!
Graduation Cake
My favorite part was the school mascot on the cap! Such intricate work with my favorite tool, the handy dandy Xacto knife! I love that thing! I believe I can make pretty much anything out of fondant with it! :)

Escape from Alcatraz!
Here's a more close up view of the waves around the island, and of course our determined swimmer!
The island is made from Rice Krispie Treats (is there anything they can't do?) and fondant.

Cake Pops!
And here are some in Easter/spring colors.
Be on the lookout for more Cake Pops coming soon!
Soccer Birthday Cake
Bet You Didn't Know Pooh Bear was a Gamer!
You see, Beth, like Sarah, loves Winnie the Pooh, and her son had planned on getting her the brand new 3DS for her birthday (in teal of course!). I was even able to put teeny tiny controls on the DS! Love it!
Rose Cupcakes
The Beauty of Simplicity
For my mom's birthday this year, I wanted to make her a lovely birthday cake that suited her well. My mom likes to keep life simple, and doesn't require lots of bells and whistles with pretty much anything. Since her favorite cake is white with coconut, I thought I would make one with a few roses on top to dress it up. She loved it!
Here's another nice and simple red, white and blue cake.
We could all use a little more simplicity in our lives, couldn't we?
Winnie the Pooh Baby Shower
Here is a closer look at the topper.
In addition to the cake, I was also asked to make cookies with Pooh and Tigger. I loved that I got to learn how to draw their cute little faces!
