Graduation Cake

Lately I've had quite a few orders for cakes that look like other things. I LOVE making these cakes. Always such a fun challenge. I had a blast making this graduation cake.

My favorite part was the school mascot on the cap! Such intricate work with my favorite tool, the handy dandy Xacto knife! I love that thing! I believe I can make pretty much anything out of fondant with it! :)
