Brownie Cake

As I've mentioned in previous posts, I make a monthly office birthday cake. I think some people around the office were starting to feel like Elaine in that old Seinfeld episode ("So much CAKE!") that in May, I decided to do something a little different. A brownie cake! A pan of rich, chewy brownies (mmmmm... brownies!), decorated like a cake. It was such a big hit, I'm trying to conjure up a couple other different ideas for the monthly treat!
